meet the morning sun
The call of the soul, calls out each morning.
The whisper of the doe, giving fair warning.
Whose golden rays, wake you from your haze,
and every single being, has a special meaning.

Every growing thing, all the stones and waters,
bring an awakening.

To struggle and enjoy, is our life’s employ.
And at nightfall, as we look back.
In contemplation of this or that.
We may face the day alone,
but the sun sure brightly shone. Please click to read entire poem
