Our eyes are an aperture,
opening to allow,
all things within the fragrance
of your perception to endow.

Images ride the light,
to reach our sight,
and darken to contrast,
the things of the past.

With distance being a measure of time,
our eyes can see beyond the rhyme,
so plunge way down in them to see,
